All refunds are subject to the terms below and are at our sole discretion.

General Refund Eligibility

• Full Refunds: You may request a full refund within 5 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that no services (including inspections or site visits) have been initiated or completed. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds: If services have partially commenced within the 5-day window (e.g., an initial consultation or preliminary inspection), we may offer a partial refund deducting any costs incurred, such as administrative fees, travel expenses, or materials.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Time Limit Exceeded: No refunds of any kind will be issued after 5 calendar days from the date of payment, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, changes in decision, or dissatisfaction with preliminary findings.

• Cancellations or Decisions Against Proceeding: If you cancel the project or decide not to proceed with the recommended work after the initial payment, no refund will be provided beyond the 5-day period. This policy ensures we can cover our operational costs and commitments.

• Post-Inspection Visits: In cases where an additional post-inspection visit or follow-up assessment is conducted (at your request or as part of the service agreement), and you subsequently decide not to complete the job, all payments are non-refundable. This includes any deposits or fees paid to cover the costs of the inspection, site preparation, labor, third-party consultations, or other expenses incurred by Desert Bliss Pool and Spa to prepare for or perform the work. We reserve the right to retain these funds to protect our financial interests and recover any direct or indirect costs associated with the project.

Exceptions and Special Cases

• Service Errors: If a refund is requested due to an error on our part (e.g., failure to deliver agreed-upon services), we will review the request on a case-by-case basis, even beyond the 5-day window. Proof of the error must be provided.

• Force of Nature: Refunds will not be issued for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.

• Non-Refundable Items: Deposits, booking fees, or payments for custom materials, specialized equipment, or third-party services are non-refundable at all times.
